Re: Rank up didn't work properly

I was initially unaware of multiple card requirement and actually had 2 successes at the 3rd level (50%) with a single card. Not necessarily if the bar shows less than 100% it will always fail. Its always a toss of a coin. Even with that, its not worth taking a risk when raking up players worth 5M or more. Rather have the extra card and ensure success than leaving it up to chance.
