Re: unable to access the configuration of the current build IOS

Hi there - we're experiencing the config/build error on startup. iPhone Xr running iOS 17.2.1. 100 GB of free storage open.

Have tried hard reset. Deleting app and reinstalling. Deleting app, hard reset and reinstalling.

Actual Error message:

Retry : Unable to access the configuration of the current build. Please reboot the game and try again later.

Would appreciate any help. Have gone through the EA iOS troubleshooting page and no luck.

It worked a few days ago. We were getting the same error, but after restarting or deleting/reinstalling a few times, it would work on occasion. Now that solution doesn't work anymore.

Worked briefly today (we were at the dentist on another wifi network). Came home and got the same error.
