Redeem code not working

When I type a redeem code which is not expired, I cannot redeem it bcz it says it's invalid or expired. This glitch was there for the past two redeem codes. EA pls fix this🙏

    Hey ncfqriq05crg​. Could you kindly provide the codes that were causing issues, along with the date you attempted to activate them? Please be aware that many codes are redeemable only within a specific time frame.

    Most codes seem to be valid for around 24 hours, so you snooze, you lose.
