Redemption code issue

I tried the new redeem code and due the fact that many people were using it, it to tell me try later so then I tried later and it said a player is allocated to one redeem code but I didn't even get anything cause the process failed (ramadankareem is the code , plz ea I need that 103 )I work so hard for my team okay 4-5 hours everyday,plz help me
