Request for Assistance: Lost 8 Mascherano Universal Rank Players

Dear Ea sports,

 

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding a recent incident in FC Mobile where my kid lost 8 Mascherano universal rank players. I believe this loss was unintentional and not a result of any mistake on our part.

 

I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and help me with the recovery or refund of the lost items. I have been a dedicated player of FC Mobile for quite some time, and this incident has been disheartening for both me and my kid.

 

I have attached any relevant information, such as purchase receipts or screenshots, that might assist in resolving this issue. If there is any additional information required, please let me know, and I will be happy to provide it.

 

I value the gameplay experience and the effort put into FC Mobile, and I am hopeful that together we can find a solution to this problem. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your prompt response.

  • @grujic only way you can lose players is to put them in exchanges, or use them for training or ranking ... if you autofill exchanges or training and don't check what cards are in there, then you can lose high value cards.

    If that is what has happened, then you wont get your cards back, you have chosen to use them (even if inadvertently by using autofill and not checking what was included) so the onus is on you.

    If you don't believe that is what might have occured, then you can contact customer service via the in game settings menu (details of how to contact pinned to the technical issues thread) and tell them that you have missing content (don't call it a bug, MISSING CONTENT) and they will check it out for you
