l would like to request a way to communicate directly with one of the customers or a member of the advanced technical support team
I shared in an earlier thread of yours how to connect with the support team:
For mobile games, you need to get in touch with our support team by generating a ticket from inside your game.
- Tap the Settings (cogwheel) icon on the home screen.
- Your User ID is in the top-right corner, after UID. Screenshot or write it down before contacting the support team so you have it ready.
- Tap the arrow icon next to Customer Service and follow the instructions to complete the ticket.
That will send it to the support team. They'll check it out and email you a response. From there, the email can be updated and responded to.
There isn't an alternative way to connect with the support team.

I understand and truly appreciate your help. You've already assisted me in one of our previous conversations, and I’m genuinely grateful for that.
However, when I tried to speak with one of the developers on your official website, I was told that unfortunately, it’s not possible to recover a deleted account.
That response left me feeling hopeless and deeply saddened. I’m now making repeated attempts, but so far, all of them have been in vain.
