Request to Enable 60 FPS Support on Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 4G

Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Development Team,

I would like to request official 60 FPS support for the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 4G.

My device specifications:

- Device: Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 4G

- Processor: MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra

- RAM: 8 GB

- Display refresh rate: Up to 120 Hz

- Operating system: Android 16 with HyperOS

- Game installation: Official version from Google Play Store

- Current graphics settings: Low

- Available frame-rate option: 30 FPS only

The issue:Despite having a capable processor, 8 GB of RAM, and a 120 Hz display, FC Mobile only offers me 30 FPS. The 60 FPS option is completely missing, even when I use the lowest graphics settings.

I understand that a high-refresh-rate display does not automatically guarantee 60 FPS performance. However, I would appreciate it if the development team could evaluate this specific device and determine whether it can support a stable 60 FPS experience.

My requests:

1. Please review the Redmi Note 14 4G and its MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra processor for 60 FPS compatibility.

2. Please investigate why the 60 FPS option is unavailable on this device.

3. If the device can maintain acceptable performance, please consider adding official 60 FPS support through a future update.

4. Please clarify whether this limitation is caused by device compatibility restrictions or another technical issue.

I am using the official Google Play version of FC Mobile, and I would prefer an official solution rather than modifying game files or using third-party tools.

I enjoy FC Mobile and would really appreciate the opportunity to play at 60 FPS on my device.
