Re: FC Mobile 60/90/120 FPS or graphics settings unavailable on specific devices

Hi EA Team,

I would like to formally request 60 FPS / High Frame Rate support for the itel P55 5G. Currently, the "High" frame rate option in the graphic settings is grayed out and locked.

I noticed an inconsistency in the game's device optimization: the lower-spec version, itel P55 NFC (which runs on a weaker Unisoc T606 processor), has the 60 FPS option unlocked and available. Meanwhile, the itel P55 5G, which features a much more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chipset, is still locked at 30 FPS.

This seems to be an oversight or a missing whitelist for this specific 5G model. Here are my exact device specifications:

Device Model: itel P55 5G (itel P661N)

Chipset / Processor: MediaTek Dimensity 6080 (6nm)

GPU: Mali-G57 MC2

RAM: 6 GB / 8 GB (Pilih salah satu sesuai RAM HP kamu)

Android Version: Android 13

Given that the hardware is more than capable of running FC Mobile at 60 FPS smoothly, please whitelist and optimize the itel P55 5G in the upcoming title update.
