Rewards missing
In Last two days playes bought from market and coins claimed from exchange not added to my account resolve the issue

If you are on Android then force close your app, clear your game cache and restart your device .. then regularly clear your game cache before playing.
if the content doesn’t appear, then contact customer service via the in game settings menu and tell them you have missing content (don’t mention the word bug, MISSING CONTENT, if you say bug they will just send you here, and we can’t help with missing content)
Done as you said it didn't work and contacted customer services no response till now
