Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a complete online connection failure in EA SPORTS FC Mobile 25.

The online mode was working perfectly before, but recently it does not connect at all. All online features fail under every condition.

Details:

* Country: Iran

* Platform: Android

* Affected mode: Online / PvP (Manager Mode, VS Attack, Head to Head, Scouting Camp)

* Internet tested: Wi-Fi and mobile data

* DNS tested: Yes (multiple DNS servers, no connection)

* VPN tested: Yes (with VPN and without VPN, still not connecting)

Important note:

Offline modes that do not require real opponents (such as personal challenge stages and single-player content) work normally. However, all online PvP modes fail to connect completely.

No matter what I try (Wi-Fi, mobile data, DNS, or VPN), the game does not connect to online services at all. The game loads normally, but online matchmaking always fails.

This appears to be a regional or server-side connectivity issue.

Please investigate this issue and inform me if there is a known problem or a possible solution.
