Something I bought

Hello EA,

I spent 20 dollars on 3000 fc points and I never got them. I have parental controls so it makes me ask permission online. My mom puts in her Apple ID and pays for it and normally I get a pack containing what I bought. But this time I didn’t receive the FC points and my mom still paid for it. So I bought another one and my mom spent 40 dollars for only 3000 fc points.

As far as the missing points go, open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here so they can investigate this. Thank you.
