Spending Rewards

It said I needed to spend 10k FC Points to get a 102-103 player, I spent 10k of my 20k and did not get it. Any help? Keep in mind I just spent $100.

    @youtooz Have you spent them on flash sale offers? The picture just shows none of the kilestones are unlocked and you have 10k FC points still on your account. Have you had 20k or you just bought 10k?

    I did not know we had to spend them on that specific thing. And I already had 20k.
