They are not asking i already gave them proofs

Have you gone through your in-game settings menu to raise the issue or via the ea help website? If the latter, go through in-game settings menu and try again I have filed a complaint through customer service
I tried with ea help website but not through game
Now I can't make a new case in ea help website
