Subject: Accidentally used players in training

Hello EA Support Team,

 

I accidentally used several of my players as training materials by mistake. I am a new player and didn’t fully understand how the training system works. Unfortunately, I trained away some very good players, including a few from the new update, which I really wanted to use to build a better team.

 

I didn’t mean to do this and realized my mistake too late. Could you please check my account and help me recover the players if possible, or provide any compensation?

  • remove UID for security reasons. 
    You could try raising a ticket with the service desk and see where it takes you, but to be frank, I have not seen anyone get the accidentally traded or "melted for training" players back. The same applied to FC points spent instead of the gems.
