Re: Malen Bug Ruined Game

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to request fair compensation for players who missed the Donyell Malen Star Shards glitch on October 15, 2026.

Some players reportedly gained large amounts of Star Shards by repeatedly exchanging the 119 OVR Donyell Malen card, while players like me missed the opportunity entirely.

This has created an unfair difference between players. I respectfully ask EA to consider compensation for affected players who did not benefit from the glitch, such as Star Shards, Gems, or a high-OVR player selection pack.

I enjoy FC Mobile and want every player to have a fair opportunity to compete. Please review this situation and let the community know what compensation, if any, will be provided.
