Suspended for completing weekly quest 25 MLS upgrade exchanges

closed FC mobile and logged back on to see account suspended for a week. Love this game and do not understand my suspension.

after completing 25 MLS upgrade exchanges and finishing 30 UCL ticket quests. Exited game, then was suspended.

Submitted case to EA help, need help.

Was playing FC mobile and logged back in to see my account banned for 168 hours. Is this a glitch coming with the new update? I am in Indonesia.

If this is a bug, I would like someone to look into this immediately.

Submitted a ticket to EA help already with no response.
