Suspended for completing weekly quest 25 MLS upgrade exchanges

Was spamming upgrade exchanges and after 25th, got notified I was suspended for a week. I submitted a case to EA support but need clarification if this a bug or another issue.

closed FC mobile and logged back on to see account suspended for a week. Love this game and do not understand my suspension.

after completing 25 MLS upgrade exchanges and finishing 30 UCL ticket quests. Exited game, then was suspended.

Submitted case to EA help, need help.

If you've already contacted the Terms of Service team using the steps shared in the guide below, then you've done the right thing. The TOS team will review the account and determine if the ban can be overturned. They will follow up with you as soon as they can.
