TAPJOY OFFER PROBLEM

Question

I wanted to try tapjoy offers for some decent gems but instead it showed me no offer available for me and i am on andriod.Please is there anything i can do to fix this.I talked to tapjoy customer support but i did not receive any major help.

Last time have this error i make report to tapjoy and they perma ban me.
