Tapjoy offerwall is not appearing in game. I had the offer to earn twice as much gems but when I click on it instead of opening the offerwall it's opening the store but since I'm in Belgium there's nothing there. I use to do the offers in fifa23 but in fc mobile for some reason it doesn't work...
Can someone help please?

Please be advised that although at this time J is not banned in FC Mobile for Belgium, therefore you should be able to access our offerwall. We advise getting in touch with the app developers of the FC Mobile app so they can offer you more support on this issue.

Nah man, like I said Tapjoy is available with the normal quests like get to lvl 5, buy something for 5€ etc. On other games The only issue is on fc mobile.
Right now I can see the 2x gems popping in game (fc mobile) but when I tap on it nothing happens...
I'm pretty sure they've (ea) unintentionally blocked tapjoy in Belgium.
How fix this man?? My tapjoy dissapear it says there no available adds??
I have completed the gem mission but the gems cannot be claimed or are not entered into my account. Please help to solve this problem. Thank you.
