The Problem of Selling the Player

I upgraded the 97 OVR Carvajal card that I bought from the market to add to my team over 8-9 months ago, once. The card has not been purchased since then. It doesn't make any difference if I put the card at the minimum sale price. I would be glad if you could help me, thanks in advance.
