Help with acc (Birthdate issue)

I have just opened my FC mobile after 1-2 months and after a bit of updating and loading it showed how would like to log in when I click my EA acc it then showed that u can't login as the Birthdate u entered in yur FC acc does not match yur ea acc but I don't remember my EA acc Birthdate how do I fix it this so ragebating
