Thunderstruck event

This event has been closed and locked for me almost a month now and I wanted to claim the rewards but it's locked for me so I can't do anything. Please see to this issue as the event is gonna be there for only 3 days now.

Afaik the event closed around 23rd Jan mate.. so no play quests are offered. Its been open only to track the rank ups of the thunderstruck players based on the conditions for those who claimed these in the window when this event was open. EA has released a news note which is in game, so if you click on the News icon you might still see the info.
