Tutorial bug whenever i log into the game

I have been facing an issue with my main FC Mobile account. Whenever I log into the game, the tutorial starts running, and the game becomes glitchy. Despite completing the tutorial on the first day the game was released, my account appears to be bugged, which is exceedingly frustrating. I sought assistance from customer service, but despite following all the troubleshooting procedures provided, there was no resolution. The same applies to live chat support, where no solution was found.

I play the game on three iOS devices and have reinstalled it multiple times, testing it on over three of my devices, but the issue persists. I urge you to look into this matter and rectify it as soon as possible.
