I've won UCL toyrnament with Benfica on WC difficulty and the counter for Tournamen World Class Challenger III is 0/5.
Contacted customer service but they are useless as always.
I expect someone from EA to reply or I will write posts each day in unsupported language so you have something to do 😉
So now I completed it second time. Now on Legendary. Still doesn't count and I didn't force close any match.
I run into a bug that don’t let me get my gem reward in Tournament World Class Challenge III. I won the UCL five times in legendary difficulty using Genk (3.5 stars) and finished all the other challenges in Road To Glory on Tournaments except this one, which is stuck on 4/5. I tried winning the UCL with Galatasaray and Ajax (4-star) in world-class difficulty but it’s still stuck on 4/5. Please fix this bug, thank you.

@EA_IlliumI already did that and repeated the challenge in higher division and it still didn't count.
You can check with your CS. They have forwarded the issue to "someone".
