I've won UCL toyrnament with Benfica on WC difficulty and the counter for Tournamen World Class Challenger III is 0/5.Contacted customer service but they are useless as always.I expect someone from EA to reply or I will write posts each day in unsupported language so you have something to do 😉

@mendozzamagic I won 5 times with Benfica on Legendary, once on World Class and none of them counted. Only one that counted was Galatasaray on Legendary.As always, you're the only one doing the work. Thank you

@JCZXKY I won 2 times with Benfica and neither counted. Reported to CS but they just give generic answers and have no evidence of anything. @EA_Illium Same here. won with gent on leg but counter stuck 2/5 in challenge 3. However I think challenge 2 advanced. Please look into this and compensate.@ea

@Sanyosa did you perhaps cut out of the match mid way through as you were behind?

I had the same thing happen to me - i was behind, so force closed and had another go - it counted for the "win" requirement for one of the other quests, but not the reach requirement for that one.

It counted in every other final that i reached and played through to the end (win or loss) first go

@mendozzamagic Yes. But it was the final. So I reached it in the first try but didn't win it so it doesn't count as I reached it?

So now I completed it second time. Now on Legendary. Still doesn't count and I didn't force close any match.

I run into a bug that don’t let me get my gem reward in Tournament World Class Challenge III. I won the UCL five times in legendary difficulty using Genk (3.5 stars) and finished all the other challenges in Road To Glory on Tournaments except this one, which is stuck on 4/5. I tried winning the UCL with Galatasaray and Ajax (4-star) in world-class difficulty but it’s still stuck on 4/5. Please fix this bug, thank you.

@EA_IlliumI already did that and repeated the challenge in higher division and it still didn't count.

You can check with your CS. They have forwarded the issue to "someone".
