I've won UCL toyrnament with Benfica on WC difficulty and the counter for Tournamen World Class Challenger III is 0/5.
Contacted customer service but they are useless as always.
I expect someone from EA to reply or I will write posts each day in unsupported language so you have something to do 😉

hello I was trying to finish road to glory, I keep scoring 4 goals min.. but it does not count it for me.. I do not know what is the reason I do use the less than 3 star team and even legendary and world class difficulty but it does not work.. I have to get those gems but why?! can someone from EA FC MOBILE fix this for me please? thanks

What step are you currently on? 1/5 and should be 5/5
Is anything else happening? Nothing. Counter doesn't count reaching the final with 4* team. I played World Class and Legendary and only one time it counted.
I just comoleted another tournament on Leg difficulty with Benfica and counter stil shows 1/5. Your CS has no idea is the problem being worked on. You don't update anything here. So what should we do?!
I just finish the challenge. But it's very strange that I finished it after winning the UCL. (I used Benfica btw)
