Unable to claim Mystery Signings: MILESTONE (2 Masch + 90 Player)

I completed Mystery Signings for the last 3 weeks, after which I should have received the 'MILESTONE' Reward. Although I have not claimed the Milestone reward, a tick mark icon appears instead of the usual Box icon.  

Due to this, I am unable to receive 2 x Mascherano Universal Rank Player + 1x 90 Tradeable player reward. I tried on both iOS and Android devices but couldn't get the Milestone Reward, 

I have also seen people on social media mentioning that they have faced the same problem.

    @DhangadhiFC Contact customer service and they can have a look at your game logs to see what has occurred - the mystery signing has a different weekly reset to the rest of the events, so it could be that some players are getting caught out by that 🤷‍♀️

    I have similar issue. After the update from today it’s showing that the second milestone award from Mystery Signings is claimed, which wasn’t. I have 8-9 hours between log ins. Surely I didn’t missed it! Can you help please? Mascherano and 500K of coins lost there. Thanks

    Thanks for replying.

    I had contacted the customer service a couple of hrs after posting here. Before hearing back from them, I was able to access the box after reset the next day when they changed the layout of Mystery Signings.

    @f1mgg3sy8lr3 I was able to access the Box after reset the following day when they changed they layout to the new Blue one.

    Hope you got yours too!

    nothing worked. The second Milestone Reward is lost for me sadly.

    Oh, what a bummer, hopefully, this will not be repeated next time.
