If you are still running into issues with making substitutions, please let us know the following:
- Player ID (Select the setting icon --> UID):
- Which game modes are you playing?
- Are you getting an error message?
- What Device (make/model) are you using?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip of the issue...
- Do you have any device or app updates pending?
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

I wanted to confirm if anyone in this thread is still unable to see/use the substitute button in matches.
If so, please Private Message me the following information:
- Player ID (Select the setting icon --> UID):
- Which game modes are you playing?
- Are you getting an error message?
- What Device (make/model) are you using?
