Unable to make substitutes

Hi all,   I am unable to make any subs during any mode of matches . Subs option is not seen during gameplay. Kindly help

  • Player ID (Select the setting icon --> UID):575214584276586496
  • Which game modes are you playing? = All modes in fc mobile 
  • Are you getting an error message? = Nope
  • What Device (make/model) are you using? = Iphone 13 Pro Max
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip of the issue...
  • Do you have any device or app updates pending?

I bought a player I. Marketplace and cannot put him in my lineup.
