Unable to make substitutes

hey, I don't know why this happened, my 2 accounts can't replace players when the match starts, whether online or offline, even though I have paired a substitute player, but how come there is no substitute menu/button when I start the match, other players can, how come I'm the only one who can't? Please fix it immediately, it's a waste to know that my reserve player feature can't be used even though I've collected so many players
