Unable to make substitutes

Hi all,   I am unable to make any subs during any mode of matches . Subs option is not seen during gameplay. Kindly help

Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for reaching out to the FC Mobile community on Answers HQ!

If you are still running into issues with making substitutions, please let us know the following:

  • Player ID (Select the setting icon --> UID):
  • Which game modes are you playing?
  • Are you getting an error message? 
  • What Device (make/model) are you using?
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip of the issue...
  • Do you have any device or app updates pending?

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

This is the third time of complaining to you guys that I can’t make subs during matches and I have a lot of players at bench 

please fix this problem thank you
