Unable to make substitutes

Hi all, I am unable to make any subs during any mode of matches . Subs option is not seen during gameplay. Kindly help

@mendozzamagic Why was my account locked while I was traveling in Vietnam? I need to unlock my account again.

I have also same problem.
fifa 24 online, stopped the game 3 times but there is no option for subs.
game Messed up my day and I will delete the game soon.
