Unable to make substitutes

Hi all, I am unable to make any subs during any mode of matches . Subs option is not seen during gameplay. Kindly help

I am facing the issue too..

Game mode: H2H, Manager mode

No Error message. It's just that the sub option is not there at all.

Device model: Google Pixel 6A

My phone is fully updated.
