If you are still running into issues with making substitutions, please let us know the following:
- Player ID (Select the setting icon --> UID):
- Which game modes are you playing?
- Are you getting an error message?
- What Device (make/model) are you using?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip of the issue...
- Do you have any device or app updates pending?
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

Every single one. All the challenge modes, division rivals, kick-off matches, etc. Everything.
