Unable to make substitutes
Hi all, I am unable to make any subs during any mode of matches . Subs option is not seen during gameplay. Kindly help

I can't make substitutions when I'm playing.
Do you have any device or app updates pending?
There have been so many updates since the game reset, and I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, but the issue of switching replacements still hasn't been resolved.
But if I create a new account, I can replace players, so this is not a problem with my equipment, it should be a bug in the game, when can this bug be fixed?
