Unable to make substitutes

I am unable to make any subs during any mode of matches . Subs option is not seen during gameplay. Kindly help

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I press the button with the 3 lines on the top right corner, I never get to see the substitution button, therefore I am not able to put on substitutes an any time of the match, in any gamemode at all. Auto-Substitution also doesn't work. All I see when I press the button on the top right corner of my screen is the Camera Button and the Pause button if I'm not playing PVP/with another player. At first I didn't give any thought to the Substitution button but when I noticed it not being anywhere on the screen I asked a friend of mine who also plays EA Sports FC Mobile 24 and told me that the button to put on substitutes is to appear when you press the top right corner button with the 3 lines. He even showed me his screen and it was there, but nowhere to be seen in mine. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game but still no result.
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Every time i play the game. Last was 3 minutes ago.

- @SHiB1y There is an issue with some Android devices - try force closing and clearing your device cache.
If that doesn’t work try changing the screen resolution in the settings.

I have attached screenshots that show the absence of these features. The issue persists across multiple game modes, and it occurs in both online and offline matches

I am writing to bring to your attention a technical issue I've encountered while playing Fc Mobile on my Mi A2 device. Specifically, I am unable to see the substitution button during matches. This issue persists across various game modes, and despite attempting basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the app and reinstalling the game, the problem remains unresolved. My device is running Android 11 and the Fc Mobile version is the latest version. I have attached screenshots for clarity. Your prompt assistance in addressing and resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Even after reinstalling it still odoes not work
Maybe ur device hasnt enough space. Pls try clearing ur device nd clearing ur devive cache nd reinstall.
