Unable to make substitutes

I am unable to make any subs during any mode of matches . Subs option is not seen during gameplay. Kindly help

Can you help me where is the button or setting to be able to change players in the middle of the game, since the beginning of 2020 I haven't found it

fifa 24 online, stopped the game 3 times but there is no option for subs.
game Messed up my day and I will delete the game soon.
