Hey, @sae9rxcu492t, Have you tried to restart your device to synch your account again?
Is your FC mobile profile linked to save your progress online, so you can safely reinstall the game?
I have done it all the possible ideas but the problem continues🙁

I'm having an issue with my inbox and friends list being locked. The following message appears: "Locked: choose a name to unlock."
I've already changed my name twice using the rename card, but the problem persists. I've contacted in-game support multiple times, but they haven't been able to identify the cause.
Can you help me?
