Unable to open friends and inbox option
Even though I have name and again I brought fc points and changed the name but the same problem is occurring Please help

Community ManagerCan you please send me a DM message with the following information:
- FC mobile USer ID (Link)
- Device name
- Game version
I'm having an issue with my inbox and friends list being locked. The following message appears: "Locked: choose a name to unlock."
I've already changed my name twice using the rename card, but the problem persists. I've contacted in-game support multiple times, but they haven't been able to identify the cause.
Can you help me?
