Unable to Play EA Sports FC Mobile Since January 2026 Hello

                                                 Hello EA Support Team,

Since January 1st, 2026, I have not been able to play EA Sports FC Mobile.

The game freezes after launching, and I cannot complete any tasks or play matches, including friend matches.

I have tried all troubleshooting steps, but the issue is still not resolved.

My phone is working fine, I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network, and I am located in Qatar.

Please help me fix this issue as soon as possible.
