Unjustified Ban
Hello EA Team,
I am writing to appeal a wrongful ban on my EA FC Mobile account. Today, I received a ban notification accusing me of cheating, which is completely false.
I am using an iOS device, and it is technically impossible for me to run any cheats, hacks, scripts, or unauthorized tools. I have spent thousands of Turkish Liras on this account and have always played fairly.
Your system seems to have mistakenly flagged my account. I demand a proper human investigation instead of an automated denial. I can provide any information needed to verify my honesty.
I use two different devices, one iPad Pro and the other iPhone. I use the same account on both devices. Sometimes I can log out of one and log in again. Could this be causing a problem? In Manager mode, you have an auto-play mode. I activate that mode and put my tablet aside. It automatically plays on my screen. This is something entirely within the game. It's not a bug or anything like that. Is this a problem? You can examine my login records as well. Please help me I have the one of the greatest squads in the entire game and I played fully fair and my in ea account there is no ban record , please help me .
