Hey, I've been having an issue when logging into the game for the last 5~ days (ever since the league tokens glitch happened), I get an ''Unknown Error (10000)'', after I click OK it loads me into the game, but leaves me at the main screen, with the EA loading logo in the middle.
I've tried waiting it out, clearing game cache, reinstalling, switching devices, but nothing works.
I can play on different accounts without any problems, but not on my main account.
Does anyone know a way to fix this? I've already asked in the FUTMobile discord server, but got no answers.
EA is quick to fix an error relating to rewards, but incredibly slow to fix an error that doesn't allow you to play the game, gotta love this company.

''Okay, so you need to restart your device and wifi router too and wait for 5 minutes then you need to turn on both of them and make sure to launch the game first to check if it's working then or not and if it still not work, please try the steps mentioned in the below link- https://help.ea.com/in/help/mobile/troubleshooting-steps-for-android/. ''
It didn't work for me, but I thought I'd atleast share it.Try to see if it works for you.

Same here, I have contacted EA for assistance for 5-6 times and they only repeatedly giving links how to troubleshoot it ourselves, like a bot. No solution at all about this issue
I have spent my time and as well as my REAL MONEY on this account and this was the result after those things I spent, give us solution EA.- 7 months ago
