Same here, I have contacted EA for assistance for 5-6 times and they only repeatedly giving links how to troubleshoot it ourselves, like a bot. No solution at all about this issue
I have spent my time and as well as my REAL MONEY on this account and this was the result after those things I spent, give us solution EA.

Guess we'll just have to wait. It's a pretty big thing, so I doubt EA is just gonna ignore it, though I'm not sure they'll fix it too soon.
