Valentine free gift pack 999 Gems not added on my account

So today Ea release new free gift for everyone which is valentine gift pack ! I collect it from store i got haland but the coin and gems not added on my account thats my(UID removed )

    Contact customer service via the in game settings menu - tell them you have rewards not received

already messge them but they are not replying yet its over 12 hour++

    It can sometimes take a while … you will just have to be patient
