Very slow connection to FC Mobile.

Question

I am a player from Vietnam, and, ever since Update 21.0.02, the process of entering the game has been very slow as the game's UI often persist in a state of perpetual loading. My internet connection is completely able to accommodate the game's requirements as other apps function normally on my device. Peculiarly, this is not an issue when I log in with mobile data (4G). This is an issue only when I am connected via Wi-Fi. Apparently, I am not the only person suffering from this issue as many others on local forums have reported the same thing. I hope that EA will this issue soon.

@thanhlong30389 If you have no issues a one connection type and not the other then it will be anissue with how that connection is interacting with your device.

@thanhlong30389 Same with me. I am from Malaysia. The game was working all the while. Just few days ago it started behaving like you have mentioned.

This has been happening for a few days - checked my internet connection and all fine with other apps.
