Why I can't login to an account that is linked to Facebook

@5555555200055 There are quite often issues with Facebook connection, particularly if you are trying to use multiple accounts on the same device … I suggest that you use Apple or Google as your primary account links
Ok, but we have only linked our accounts to Facebook and can’t log back in, we need to find a way to gain access back to our accounts before we can link it.
- @TheRalacatorrr I can also say for a fact that i had also linked multiple platforms appleid nd apple game center with facebook. Bt when i try to login with another platforms, its shows level 1 new account. I dont know wtf ea did with our accounts nd now it feels like they r trying to hide from it cause they dont even know how to fix it 😠
Sadly you’re probably right, the way EA have handled this is awful. They don’t read the messages I send and simply reply with the same link for iOS troubleshooting all the time which I told them repeatedly doesn’t work. Btw have you been able to find a solution? I cleared all cookies and cache, changed my Facebook, logged in through a new device and nothing works? Should we delete our previous FC Mobile log in through Facebook and log in again or could that delete our account?
- @TheRalacatorrr If you do that u will all ur progression of the game. U have start with level 1 new account. I dont know wtf they doing. Now they have made so that no one can create issue tickets too. It just goes to troubleshooting nd ea answers page lmao
