DIVISION RIVALS

I've reached 8 stars in the vs attack 3 times this season and everytime I start the game after the 8 stars my game does not start and gets stuck at the loading screen and I can't reach the next star. Apart from it, your game sucks, unfair match making how can I defeat someone with 123 ovr in vs attack if someone has a higher over team they get more easy chances in the game, what kind of logic is even that?
