Why I can't login to an account that is linked to Facebook
I'm trying to log in in to account that is linked to Facebook but I can't and don't know why

Ok, but we have only linked our accounts to Facebook and can’t log back in, we need to find a way to gain access back to our accounts before we can link it.
@TheRalacatorrr I can also say for a fact that i had also linked multiple platforms appleid nd apple game center with facebook. Bt when i try to login with another platforms, its shows level 1 new account. I dont know wtf ea did with our accounts nd now it feels like they r trying to hide from it cause they dont even know how to fix it 😠
Sadly you’re probably right, the way EA have handled this is awful. They don’t read the messages I send and simply reply with the same link for iOS troubleshooting all the time which I told them repeatedly doesn’t work. Btw have you been able to find a solution? I cleared all cookies and cache, changed my Facebook, logged in through a new device and nothing works? Should we delete our previous FC Mobile log in through Facebook and log in again or could that delete our account?
- @TheRalacatorrr If you do that u will all ur progression of the game. U have start with level 1 new account. I dont know wtf they doing. Now they have made so that no one can create issue tickets too. It just goes to troubleshooting nd ea answers page lmao
