- @5555555200055 There are quite often issues with Facebook connection, particularly if you are trying to use multiple accounts on the same device … I suggest that you use Apple or Google as your primary account links

First tell me why ea is removing my replies nd comments ?? Ea is not doing anything from 4 days nd now they r even removing our replies nd comments for no reason. Wats this ? We all r not been able to play ea fc mobile from 4 days nd ea is removing our replies nd msg instead of helping. Unreal

Wat ru even saying man ? So u mean its our fault ? It was just working fine 5 days ago. And i dont have any multiple fb accounts logins. Ea is just refusing to fix this. We all are not been able to play ea fc mobile from 4 days nd all ea is giving are excuses. I have invested so much in this game nd now i have missed all new event contents, quests nd exchanges deadlines. Whos gonna compensate us that ? It dont feels like ea to me, feels like a small random indo game company.
What I have to do?
I have the exact same problem, I contacted EA Help and r/FutMobile Discord server yet no solution has been provided so far. Please help us ASAP.
Ok, but we have only linked our accounts to Facebook and can’t log back in, we need to find a way to gain access back to our accounts before we can link it.

I have been requesting ea support about this issue for almost 6 days now. All They have been saying is they r investigating this issue nd will fix this asap, They only reply to just check back in couple of hours bt its been more than 6 days now. They only have been making excuses nd wasting my time. EA just dont care. It feels like a random small indie game company not ea, I feel They r only trolling us. I have talked with 10s of their support staffs now, bt they just say they r fixing this issue bt there is no progress whatsoever from 6 days. Their players have not been able to login nd play their games from 6 days nd they r just chilling. Now they have also closed their support channels too saying its holiday time lmao. I have invested so much in this game nd now i have missed all the new contents, quests, exchanges deadlines etc. Whos gonna compensate us that ? EA experts dont even have guts to reply here. WTF is this ? unbelievable .
Exactly, the EA team needs to do better in addressing this issue, the response so far has not been great at all, this issue still persists and the support team needs to fix this log in error because more users are getting affected day by day and are losing progress,
