I posted about how I suddenly lost 500 shards and got a 106 garrincha but they still didnt respond I want to get a refund I didnt want garincha I was saving for buffon

You won't get any help. You clicked and confirmed it. Nothing anyone here can do about it.
You can try your luck with customer service in game but don't get your hopes up.
