Game Crashing Constantly – Can’t Play Matches or Complete SBCs

YES BROTHER i havent played the game for neary 3 months now i played the game crashes every time i enter the match in careermode. but in kickoff the game plays. when i contacted  ea same things they say there is no solution right now we ill fix it. but when will they fix it we dont know ..... we need a serious solution bro......
